Do you have any suggestions on how I can get it to drink, other than forcibly holding it and dripping water on its mouthparts? It’s not lethargic or laying on the floor of the enclosure, and I’d rather not handle or mess with it in general.

I've never needed to do that. I've only added water drop-wise along container, webbing and such. I don't know if deydration is why it isn't eating. For my own Avics I can tell because I know their abdomen size from having raised them, and checking them daily.
