There is no purple on the abdomen. The legs still have the purple but not as vibrant as I see on many female pictures. My other O violaceopes has the dot between the anterior book lungs and this one doesn't. I'm hopeful but anticipating male
Safe betting from me you have a female here. My female went through a wierd transitionary/hard to tell period too. Give it a molt, maybe 2 and that purple should start to pop.
