2 inch P Subfusca ventral sexing

What do you think this one is, male or female? 2 inches in leg span. I have two of these and are about the same size. This one has a slower molt cycle than the other one but seems to gain a little bit more size than the other one each time it molts. The other one is a male.

Oh and that male has a big white dot with a faster molting cycle. I really hope this indicates that this one is a she

Just another question when does the ventral start to develop. Does different specimens develop it differently or do they develop it at a same rate
