I think it might be female, but these are tricky when they're that small. Mine looked almost identical to that at a similar size and turned out to be male - even though I'd convinced myself it was female because of that same little bump with the brown spot. I'd recommend continuing to monitor it and if that part gets larger and more prominent, then it's female, but if it stays the same size relative to the T it's male.
