Breeding nature's way

These little ones were trying to stop me from getting into the shed. Nice to see mother nature's breeding program in full bloom. :)
Anyone care to guess what kind? We have several if not more kinds of garden spiders/orb weavers here on Canada's Pacific west coast.
I think those are a type orb weaver. They usually build at night and completely remove/destroy the web before sunrise. Harmless but creepy. They creep me out for some reason that I can't explai .
