Brachypelma Emilia?

Is this a Brachypelma Emilia? Was sold as a B. Smithi, but i have my doubts >.>
Either boehmei or baumgarteni. When it molts you should check the spermathecae. I'm willing to bet this is a male though.

My willingness to claim this is a male is based completely non-scientifically. You are right in stating that there is no evidence pointing towards male. Based on my experience with this species the males tend to look like they have thinner, lighter-colored legs. However there is no paratype that points toward this being scientifically accurate. Just my hunch as a hobbyist.
