I think you should rehouse. Is there even a water dish in that jar? And unless it's on the lid of the jar, I'm not seeing any ventilation either.

@Arachnophoric yes its got lots of holes on top for ventilation, I just mist and spray around once a week or less often, sometimes I pour a tablespoonfull of water unto the substrate (like damp bottom on the jar beside it). I didnt plan on putting a water dish because the little guy always digs up substrate, always landscaping the top part, I feel either the dish will get covered or will collapse from underneath.
