Such a gorgeous spider! This species is so stunning. I will definitely get one sometime, but I don't feel quite ready to deal with the hair kicking this species is known for quite yet. Only been in this hobby about a month and half.
I haven't had any problems with hair kicking, but then I don't bother her at all, and only go in her enclosure for spot-cleaning, feeding, and watering.
She was around 70mm DLS when I got her, and she's probably around 120mm DLS now (so nearly doubled in size was perhaps a slight exaggeration!).
I'm keeping her at 24oC, with a night-time drop to 20oC.
Hi these fire legs are absolutely stunning I’ve just purchased a unsexed juvenile with beautiful colouring to it I’ve added a pic of him/her lol . A question for you does yours ever burrow? Mine just sits out in the open all the time unlike my curly hair who prefers the underground until feeding time lol

No. She has a cork bark hide, and I've watched her excavating beneath it it, but I wouldn't call it burrowing. She spends nearly all of her time in the open, which makes her a great display species!
