I see the boehmei shaped spermathecae there, but it's not what you've outlined. Move up from the end of your outline on the right side, and you will see the first "peak" of the spermathecae.
Follow it left, and the second "peak" is under your right outlined lobe. Characteristic M shape of B. boehmei spermathecae.
