On those style enclosures it's good to glue the cork to the side of the top part. That makes it easier to open and give the arboreal a good high spot to web on. They work great and I use them a lot.
I have switched up this one's enclosure since taking this picture, as every time I would feed her/him, I would disrupt what webbing they'd done. I really like your idea though, and will definitely be planning on doing some minor upgrades. Thank you!!
