A one year old aphonopelma is like half an inch, so whoever told you it was a year is wrong, if it's an aphonopelma at that size I'd say it's around 5-8 years.
Anywho, it's defiantly an aphonopelma but it's defiantly not a seemani.
The legspan of a year old Aphonopelma would max out at 2" if you were exaggerating about the size. They grow super intensely slowly.
This is definitely not A seemani but I second that it's definitely Aphonopelma. Just let it grow some and you'll be able to ID it better. There are a lot of Aphonopelmas that look similar.
I wish people would learn how to spell definitely. Defiantly is a whole different word with a whole different meaning.
