I got mine when it was about 1 inch, and its about half grown. I bought it 4 years ago, it was one of my first tarantulas. I heard they grow fast, but that’s not been my experience. However, my room is typically lower 70s and I only feed once a week. I am sure if you had a bit higher temps and fed twice a week it would be a fast growing species.
