A. Chalcodes molt

5 inch A. Chalcodes, male or female?
This one is female, too (or is it the same one as your other post?).

They're both from different T's. They both melted within a few weeks of each other. I second guessed myself because according to everything I've read A. Chalcodes have sexual dimorphism. The T that this molt belongs to came out looking gorgeous. The other one did too, but she's very dark colored like the males are supposed to be.

Search in the forums for "dark chalcodes" and you'll find a lot of threads about females molting out very dark. Seems fairly common. Males, when they mature, are very leggy in addition to almost black.

Thanks, will do! These are my first 3 A. Chalcodes. I have a male and 2 females.
