At this size it can be tricky to tell in some species, because sometimes the spermathecae are not fully developed. At this size, I'm inclined to say female, but I'm not 100% sure. Check its next molt to be sure.
From what I've seen, when there's a very evident gonopore (the dark-colored slit between the 2 bumps) and little to no development of a uterus externus (aka "flap"), then what you're seeing are male accessory organs. Definitely worth continuing to check molts to see how they develop, though.
