I had to look up what you meant by itchy fingers, because I had no idea cockroach allergy was a thing. Luckily, there's been no irritation here, with me or my kids during or after handling - although I always insist on washing hands afterward, anyways

That looks like a gigantic G. Portentosa. The females are rad when they are ready to pop with nymphs. They weight almost as much as a quail. The hobby is rapidly advancing and there are a few people now actively breeding M. Rhinos. It will truly be a strange place when they can be had as easily as hissers.
Omg, I love seeing when roaches molt because they're done they look like little pringles. Sorry, I know its not the most scientific description, but it's a big part of why I love them so much.
