I was worried about that. I was rehousing so I had it in a pill bottle and tried taking photos from below, but it was a struggle. I did clearly see what looked like a dimple or divot, and when this one molted it grew quite a bit more than I expected, so I was leaning towards male for those reasons.
Is dorsal sexing at all possible with these guys around this size? I ask because, of the two that recently molted, this one was larger, with narrower legs, and with a narrower carapace. The other molted out smaller, with a wider carapace and stockier appearance to the legs.

I'm not aware of any way to determine the sex dorsally. If it has that dimple (which I can sort of make out in the pic), then it's likely male. There should also be a fairly evident circular patch of short, dark setae in front of the furrow if male. Sounds like it's probably a male.
