Yer I think once they settle they show their true colours, my girl was like yours so shy n sweet when she came moulted n boom everything must die . You'll get used to her all my phormictopus are crazy like that doesn't matter how much room hides or sub depth I give. It's why I adore them, just the right amount of stunning and crazy .

Other keepers have said that dom purples are psycho even amongst phormics, worst of the genus I've kept were cancerides those guys always had a 'tude perhaps she'll give them a run for their money. Keeping in line with the molting you mentioned I think the behavioral change may have to do with molt cycle, 99% sure she's in premolt (hiding alot more, lethargic, no interest in food, dulled colour etc), will be interesting to see if she follows the trend of your lass post-molt.
