My P. pulcher female is a sweetheart, even moves the plants out of the way just so I can see her better. Even good at keeping poo off the front glass lately

Your lucky my girls always been a bit crazy she's not very bolty but likes to sit in the top of her corkbark and just flings everything from there then darts back down the hole stays there a few mins till she's sure nothing is coming to get her then she's bk sat with her legs hanging over the bark again like nothing happened, she rarely ventures further then her bark and destroyed all her plants the only one left is the plastic orchid. Pretty sure she only left that coz it's huge, the rest got ripped out within a week of her being in there.

She sounds like a terror  I doubt this one can rip her plants out, they were rooted into the screen when she was 1.5", I put her in adult enclosure at a little over that size when I saw how fast she was growing. First she lived right against the front glass by the opening, absolute easiest place to feed, then a molt or 2 back, approaching maybe 4" found her proper hide and intended sitting spot. Absolutely love this species, already got a smaller male and thinking about breeding them.

She always has been had her since 1/4 inch she's had 3 vivs n destroyed every one . You should try better to give it a go then let him go to waist. I do not like to see the males doing laps. Research first though to many ppl just put spiders together n hope, my SO used to do that till he met me now I research what ever sp he is breeding and his success rate is much better even getting a succesful Theraphosa blondi sac. Got plenty time yet though 😊

Yeah, at least sacs aren't huge. Gotta think about that. I can and do move some spiders, but I only started doing it recently. I've only been pairing local wolf spiders, H. carolinensis, H. antelucana, G. missouriensis and if I end up "stuck", I'm not, I can just let them go. Walk around with a dowel and plant an acre of spiders in starter burrows  Not so with Ts.

No but can always try you local t shops or even on line ones too my SO often sells in bulk to our on line shops. It's always an option rather then being stuck .
