Do you still have your molt? You just need to open that area up so we can see the full furrow.
Your photo appears to show the top of a spermatheca but I can't tell if that is what that is, or the edge of the Opithsoma molt.
It has the right shape (compare to mine, the two rounded lobes at the top) I just want to confirm that is what we are seeing, and not
a clump of the molt.
I have the molt as a class pet in my classroom, and in passing it around, it isn't looking as good as it was before. I'll see if I can take another picture tomorrow. In the meantime, I did take this picture as well the other day. Not sure if this helps.
