It was marked as a Mexican Red Knee but it is so obviously not. This is my first T. and would like to know what type.
It's a real long shot, and it is by no means more than a guess, but the first thing I thought was "A.seemanni in dire need of moulting".

Even though we can't 100% anything. This is 99.99% Aphonopelma seemanni. And as said previously this one will molt and be darker. Or maybe it's just flash photo.

does it have a light brown/orange ventral side?
If it is dark on the top and light underneath it is probably a Aphonopelma semanni

like this:

The only other species it could be is Eupalaestrus campestratus but they are dark on the bottom side and as well they tend to be more hairy than seemanni.

With a molt everything will be really clear.

It is dark on top and light underneath. I am trying to figure out how to post another picture. I had to start another thread with the side view of my T. I am computer illiterate and could not figure out how to add it to this thread. 🥴
