I just brought this aphonopelma seemani and would like some opinions on whether it's a male or female. Also, is that enclosure big enough or should I get something bigger? Thank you.

The T looks female. Enclosure size is hard to judge without seeing the T in it. They are a mostly fossorial species, so they'll enjoy deeper substrate to dig around in.

The enclosure size looks fine. You could use a water dish about half the size of the one that's there. This is a burrowing species, so provide deep, moist (not wet) substrate. It'll probably fill the dish up with dirt anyways, so a small one that's easy to clean would be good. If that hide doesn't have an open bottom you should replace it with something that does, like a chunk of cork bark.
