I'm genuinely curious - there's got to be a reason that someone would have such little regard for their own safety, let alone the safety of the animal. Maybe they have been bitten before and had no ill effects, or developed super powers? More likely it's what you said, though - just plain old ignorance.
 
You would get a much better reaction and comments if you didn't keep posting pics of yourself handling that beautiful spider.

For the safety of the spider pretty much every member on here does not handle, nor do they appreciate seeing pictures of spiders being handled.

Up to you what you do with that suggestion.
