Are you asking if it's a Brachypelma albiceps as well as the sex?
If you're asking for an ID then your guess is as good as anyone's with just a booty shot.
Maybe female, but at that angle it's hard to see if the epigastric furrow is curving, a straight line, or how much of a gap there is in between the book lungs. Might be a bit small to guess at sex too, I normally wait till they are at least 3" before I even make an attempt.
