I was thinking male as the furrow line is not that obvious yet. There seems to be a lump where the lips would start showing. Some sp. wont show a dark spot although there will be a shape of a spot protruding instead. If a specimen is well fed and plump the booklungs may be far apart. Though the inner lines of the top lungs are usually still straighter in males in most cases.
