That's probably big enough. I would take a stab at it, but I'm not very good at determining sex. Someone will probably be able to give you their opinion.
My novice opinion says female, but I'm basing that off of I can't see a thicker patch of hair between the book lungs, and probably a bit of hopefulness lol
