Phidippus audax male or female?
I think that's a good sign that it's a male, though - females generally have larger, fuzzier pedipalps from what I've seen. The males' are a little smaller and don't do much to cover their green chelicerae. Compare (first one is a photo of a male I had a couple years ago):
