It looks promising, but I would wait to say definitely female until it gets to be around 2.5" or so. The male accessory organs on most Thrixopelma species are quite large and are often mistaken for spermathecae, especially in smaller specimens. If those continue to grow and there is a definite uterus externus (which should be clearly evident at 2.5" DLS), then you've got a female for sure.

Thanks! It's been growing surprisingly fast, I was led to believe it would be a much longer wait. Now that the molt is dry, the two bumps are just barely visible without magnification. I will continue to check subsequent molts for confirmation.
