could be a female man i see what looks like a dark lip between the two top book lungs i dont know what species this is because ur not listing it but if thats shape of the Spermatheca for that tarantula then thats it right there i didnt zoom in just from what i can see could also be folded skin from not being stretched out all the way look up the Spermatheca for that t tonight should be pretty easy for u
