I saw your thread about the tiny ones. This pic is not enhanced at all, just used the flash, and she's so colorful! This girl was that tiny size when I received her in March 2023, and is now 2.25" DLS - so they grow pretty quickly. She's pretty close to full grown, but might get another 1/2" or so bigger - her last molt didn't add much size.

Keep them in small dram vials or condiment containers with shallow substrate and a hunk of moss to add moisture for drinking. Feed them pinhead crickets, mealworm chunks, or micro mealworms (I have a mealworm colony, so I can get just-hatched mealworms for my tiniest slings).

Good luck with yours!

That’s insane just the flash😍 your sub looks more moist also? I was just going to keep half the sub wet to see which side he preferred. I couldn’t find much at all about them. Thank u so much for the advice!! Omg I need to start a colony for micro mealworms!!! Maybe I will find some threads and read up I never even realized they came even smaller 😂

I had just watered her enclosure, so it's more damp than usual. I usually let it dry all the way out, then overflow the water dish once a week. She doesn't seem to prefer one over the other, so I just make sure the water dish is always full and don't worry about the sub too much. With your little slings, though, you'll need to keep it a little more on the moist side until the get to be around 1" DLS
