YAY, surprise!

As you may know, I have been waiting for my order of tarantulas and a centipede for a while. Well I got the order today and popped it open. I expected to see a 6-7" S. Subspinipes, but hey instead there was a HAITIAN GIANT/PEURTO RICAN GIANT. Surprise! He must have switched them for me as a birthday gift. That thing is huge! It already devoured two crix! And I mean devoured, he ate them so fast it was incredible. I was labeled as S. "Gigantea" Can anyone confirm this for me? I will try to post pix soon, but I have to wait till my dad gets home with the digi camera. I am so pumped!

My mortisans came in a deli cup labeled P. imperator. I got scared, but I looked closer and saw my pede.

Your pede could be either one. Supspinipes and Gigantea are both typically that large but id prefer to have a gigantea

Definatly not a subspinipes. Coloration is way off. It is a a haitian just like the one at invertepet.com
