How does the winter months affect a T, in Moncton NB for the next couple of months it will be anywhere between -25C to 10C, during these months is it normal for a T to slow down and hide in it's burrow?
In a typical house in the northern regions the humidity drops quite a bit ( in mine it does I use wood heat )
No matter the heating source a drying of the air is common.
and proximity to that heating source or depending on your ambient temp that you keep in your house the T's will likely notice this lowering of average.
Not that they keep notes but a cool/dry period might trigger a burrowing response.
My A. seemanni ' s would hole-up for the entire winter.
now the T room ( moved to home in basement ) stays more humidand they do not block themselves in with webbing as before.
