What's this on her tail?

Hi all,

Anyone have any ideas what this stuff is stuck to her tail, at first thought it was part of the substrate but wouldn't it of cleaned itself off after a week or two?

Looks like its just some sub, my H. spinifer is constantly covered in sub but she cleans herself off every once and a while. If its not a problem then the scorpion will take a while to clean itself.
