what's this little snakefly-like insect?

This is a photo I took a few months ago in Florida but forgot all about. I've seen these every so often, very tiny. The heads remind me of snakeflies but not quite:

Wow, really?! I knew of webspinners but had never seen many images of them, nor did I know where they were native. Now I want to see if I could possibly find and keep a colony...
