Whats this in the water dish? Looks like worms

I just saw this floating in my avics water dish. My first scary thought was: parasites? I'm hoping its just poo or something. It fell apart into pieces and didn't seem to be alive but still i'm worried.

If it fell apart its most likely just fecal matter imo.

Fruit fly larva probabaly. I've had then before. They would climb up the walls in my p. Metallica enclosure in its poop

most likely poo. T poop can look like that when hardened. doubt its a egg sac or something.

more likely than not its excrement, just clean the water dish out and keep an eye out for it again, could be a form of larve but i doubt its a parasite, if it was you would have most likely noticed your tarantulas declining health and parasites are quite rare unless your specimen is a recent wild caught one.

Thanks, i've cleaned it and will keep an eye out. The idea that it is most likely to be poo is a relief.
