I'm thinking of getting a Poecilotheria miranda or a Cyriopagopus sp. sumatran tiger. What would you get? Hoping y'all can help me make that decision.
Thanks
Thanks
And that is the reason I havent owned a Cyriopagopus. I dont want a pet hole, Ive always loved my Pokies.P. miranda. The Cyriopagopus is certainly beautiful, but it's also very reclusive and you will probably only rarely see it. I've seen mine a whopping 3 times since I got it 4 months ago.
It's the chance you take with any tarantula really although I know what you mean. I have pokies that are super reclusive yet others have them and they're out on show loads. And that is the reason I havent owned a Cyriopagopus. I dont want a pet hole, Ive always loved my Pokies.
Your bach ma is stunning! It's the chance you take with any tarantula really although I know what you mean. I have pokies that are super reclusive yet others have them and they're out on show loads.
Cyriopagopus sp Bach Ma was a dream tarantula for me. When I found 1 for sale I bought her knowing I'd probably never get to see more than her legs once she'd settled.
But to my surprise she's out in her enclosure most nights. And so long as I'm extremely careful I'm even able to get pics, albeit with my phone and a small LED torch from outside her enclosure. But that's far more than I ever thought I'd get. But if course you could get a Cyriopagopus sp that you literally would have a burrow you fed.
