That would me my guess as well, its tail is too slender to be Androctonus, except for A. amoreuxi but that one is yellow off course. Maybe it is still a juvenile, in that case it could be androctonus. Then i would indeed think a. Mauretanicus.

you can´t even tell the genus by that pics. Looks like it´s going to molt soon though

Hi,
I think it's a young A.mauritanicus (as said Alex, going to molt soon).
I have currently many young of this species and they looks like that until 4-5th instar (after metasoma become bigger). Young are also grey like yours, especially before the molt.
Of course, it can be another black Androctonus, gonneti, etc... but they are very rare and localized in Morocco compared to mauritanicus.
