What are some trapdoor tarantulas?

Actually, Liphistius are neither araneomorphs (true spiders) nor mygalomorphs. They are placed in the suborder Mesothelae, which contains the most primitive and ancient spiders. In my opinion they are the coolest looking spiders out there.

Tarantula Canada has Liphistius cf. ornatus available and I was so tempted to get one. They are incredible.

one of my local petshops got one in actually, its tiny but its pretty cool. It made its trapdoor with cool tiny tripwires but i havent had the chance to take a pic of it. heres a pic of the spider itself, Liphistius Ornatus
