True spider living in my G. Rosea's enclosure!

How does this happen?! The screen top lid is far too small for the spider I found in her enclosure to squeeze through. Is a lycosid whatevertheheck species harmful to a tarantula?

Moat true spiders have a more potent venom than alot of t's , I've heard of a Rosie being killed by a common house spider so im gonna go ahead and say REMOVE it as soon as you can

I took it out once I noticed it! Stinkin' true spiders! Lol
