I figured I'd see a lot more of these neat spiders on this site. I guess they are hard to get? Where are they found? Are they New world?

Thanks.

They are new world (common name Columbian Lesser Black). They are rare i the hobby and very expensive, so not too many have them. I personally got a pamphobeteus sp. (a poor mans Xenesthis).

I don't know what you mean by tabood.

Xenethis Immanis is a new world tarantula that comes from Colombia in South America. they are a beautiful black with purple on the carapace and can get quite pricey.

I got mine at a reptile show for 150.00. its just a sling about an inch long. No colors yet besides the normal brown. Its pretty skiddish so i worry about it. Sometimes it shies away from pin heads. IF you want one i would look up crazy8's. or kelly swift has had some on occasions.
