Superworms

Hi, I normally feed my T crickets but we are very short on supply at the moment so I got some superworms. Never used them before. Do I cut the head off before i give them to my T or what is the best way to feed them to her. Squishing the head? Thanks

Squish the head. They will still move but will not burrow into the sub.
