Olios giganteus or O. bibranchiatus are both possible from the photo.
O. giganteus is more likely, ime. Read "Rheims, C. A. 2010. On the native Nearctic species of the huntsman spider family Sparassidae Bertkau (Araneae). Journal of Arachnology 38:530-537" if you want more info.
