Wow! Looky, so brave!...can you expound a bit on your handling methods and habits? Beautiful critters!!
Well, I start with letting the pede walk on and off my hand inside the enclosure. I progressively handle it for longer and longer periods, and also try feeding it while it's on my hand (bear in mind, they may give you a nip after they finish eating). That being said, some pedes are far easier to handle than others. Scolopendra morsitans are pretty straightforward, if a little jumpy, but E. rubripes are extremely unpredictable.
