He has his hooks... whats the odds of him molting again to get bigger? Does that ever happen? He's about 4.5"-5" right now.

It has happened before but it's unlikely. If it does, he'll die after the post-ultimate molt for sure.

yea..

Yea.... I figure he hasn't eaten in about 3 months.. has laid sperm webs.. was thinking either he is trying to die or he will be molting.. dunno.

I have heard of G rosea's lasting quite a while after the ultimate molt.
How long ago did he mature?

That is not always the case. I had a B. vagans successfully molt after maturity, and not lose any appendages.

I know of a certain member on this board that has a Male rosea that is going on three years after his ultimate molt. Rosies do everything slowly, and in some cases this apparently includes dying.
