alright guys. how do you recommend packaging for shipping scorps? heatpacks? containers? packing material around containers, shipping options, shipping insurance, etc...?

one tip:
make sure nothing can bang around after it's packed up
when i'm done packing i can usually shake my box and not here ANYTHING
if i can hear more than a VERY faint rustle i unpack/repack cuz it wasn't done right
