Hello!

Are there any external dimorphisms between males and females in discoids roaches?

Yes, the females are larger than the males. You could also count the segments on the underside of the abdomen. Females have 6 segments (the last 2 are fused) and males have 7.

Ok thanks, are males longer (since females are larger) than females?

By the way, are wings only appearing when they reach maturity (and thus, right after the very last molt)...?

No they are usually a bit shorter and lighter built, I'm referring to adult animals, don't think it's possible to see any difference in nymphs (apart from the segments).
