Does anyone here keep Serrasalmus rhombeus or any related fish species?

Not currently, but predatory fish was my niche before myglaemorphs. What do you want to know?

Just curious if anyone keeps them. I'm not a monster fish keeper but I have been keeping fish most of my life so I'm always interested to talk to others about it.

Copy that. I always had a preference for Serrasalmus spp over Pygocentrus spp. Sure, they have to be kept solitary (with the exception of S. geryi), but they always had more personality and IMO, there is more diversity with Serrasalmus species like manueli, elongatus, the various rhom localities, etc then there are between the Pygos (natts, cariba, and piraya).
