Scorpion hasn't molted

I'm not used to scorpions but I got one as a gift 10 months ago. It's alive, I feed it once a week or so and I've seen some growth but I haven't seen any molt
Is it ok if it hasn't molted all this time?

It's a diplocentrus zacatecanus

It's a really bad photo but I'm posting it just to show its definitely not an adult

Until somebody with knowledge about this particular species comes along, the first things I would check, is:
Are you keeping the terrarium the proper temperature and humidity for this particular species?

Be sure to provide proper temps and humidity. Diplocentrus are slow growers.
