Scorp acting wiered

I have a blue forest scorpian and its been acting wiered recently. Its not been hiding like usual and wonders around the tank like it doesnt have a care in the world but ive also noticed it seems to have lost use of its tail i tried moving its tail but its just laid out behind it and like gone hard. Any idea whats up with it? :?

I found it this morning with its abdomens split (theres a hole on the side of it) at the back near the tail and brown stuff coming out of it.
