Problem with my brachypelma hamorii

I put my little T in a little tub so I can do some maintenance and now she won't come out of the tub she seems to be playing dead it's been about 30 mins and she is still in the same position I'm not sure what to do I have tried gently to get her out but she is not budging.

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

Get a catch cup and try and slide a piece of cardboard under it, and transfer it back to its enclosure
