Anyone have a good estimate of how long after molting into maturity the females will start laying? And any estimate on the gestation period of the eggs?

They’ll start laying within a few weeks, the eggs take about a month to hatch (or longer if kept cool and dry)

Nymphs finally hatched~ so far 6 out of my 40 eggs. I read that they do well on paper towel or egg carton. Is this nymph cup sufficient?

Yeah, but with bigger nymphs you want to give them more things to hang from when they molt. Cups with eggcrate are the best enclosures.
